Black wire (also called black iron wire) is referred to as the industrial wire with nearly the lowest cost, as it requires no galvanizing, zinc coating or plastic coating. The wire gauge that we can supply ranges from 8# to 22#.
Generally, the manufacturing process of black wire is as follows: Roll hot metal billet into 6.5mm thick steel wire rod, and then put it into the wire drawing device to get wire of different diameters. Gradually reduce the aperture of the wire drawing disk. Various specifications of wire can finally be obtained through the processes of cooling, annealing, and galvanizing, etc. The ingredients the black wire contains are iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, carbon, zinc and other elements.
Application:
Black wire is mainly used in construction, mining, chemical industry, wire welding, wire mesh weaving and so forth. Through annealing treatment, the flexibility of black wire will be increased, so that it can be used as tie wire for construction use. Especially when it is used to bind rebar, a better effect will be achieved. Currently, the production of annealed wire and steel wire generally adopts drawing process and galvanizing treatment.
Black Wire manufacturers Features: high flexibility, and consistent color
Forms Available: straight cut wire, coil wire, and U type wire, etc.
Black Wire manufacturers Packaging: Just like the packaging of galvanized wire, it can be divided into plastic inside hessian outside and plastic inside woven bag outside. It means that you can first wrap the black wire with a thin layer of plastic, and then wrap it with hessian or woven bag.
